Complete the Questionnaire:
Use the link and email or post it to us.

Contact You:
We will contact you on receipt of your questionnaire, and discuss available projects.

Acceptance:
Once we have received your references we will send you an
acceptance email.

Registration:
On receipt of your acceptance email you are required to pay a £50 registration fee through our online payment system or by cheque.

Confirmation:
Once we have received your registration fee we will confirm your place on a programme and email your fundraising information and ideas, project information and programme guidelines.

Fundraising:
The money you raise through fundraising or through your
contribution will go towards your participation in a project and most importantly towards the community that you will be working with. The average minimum sponsorship is £900, however this varies between projects, please read specific programme
information.

Communication and Support:
Throughout the application process, we are committed to working with you to answer any of your questions or concerns and there will be two half-day briefings prior to departure.
